Elite Services has some answers to commonly asked questions.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Fees are based on the size and condition of your house. The fee for the first clean, or a one-time cleaning is usually slightly higher than for a cleaning on a regular basis. Prices also change depending on frequency of your scheduled appointments. You can ask either for an hourly rate or for a fixed rate, which requires an estimate. Please call for a free estimate today.
Q: How can I pay for your service?
A: Payment is due at the time of service. If you are not present during our visit, please leave a check on the kitchen counter top.
Q: What day and time can you clean my home?
A: We work 24/ 7 and we try to meet your needs. We make every effort to schedule your appointment on the day and time you wish. Please call us to check our current schedule.
Q: What if I need to change an appointment?
A: Please call us as soon you know you have to reschedule or cancel. We appreciate 48 hours notice so that we have time to fill your space with another client.
Q: Do I have to stay or be at home?
A: It's completely your choice. Many of our customers prefer to come home to an already cleaned house. Approximately 80% of our clients either give us a key, or they hide it in the safe place. If you live in apartment complex, you may leave us written permission to pick up your key at your leasing office.
Q: How many people will come to clean my house?
A: We will assign a team of two people unless you request more. All of our supervised crews are required to complete an extensive training program to ensure our quality service and your satisfaction.
Q: What should I do before cleaning?
A: In order for us to spent the time cleaning most efficiently, we ask you to take a few minutes - perhaps a night before, to pick up toys, clothes, and another household items and take care of any dirty dishes.
Q: Can I always have the same team?
A: Yes. We try to make every effort to always send you the same crew, however, there may be an occasional change due to an absence of your team member.
Q: Do I have to provide any supplies or equipment?
A: We have everything to clean your home. However, if you wish us to use your own vacuum or special products, we will be more than happy to do that for you.
